Guidance for organisations
To embed a coherent whole-organisation antiracism strategy, it is recommended that staff at all levels are provided with the option to self-nominate, as voluntary engagement delivers the best outcomes.
Prerequisite for learners
- Successful completion of racial literacy course
- The participant is a teacher, academic, or staff member responsible for student partnerships, education-based supervision, mentoring, or on-the-job training in some capacity.
- The participant attends the module with one colleague who has strategic decision-making responsibility.

Can I enroll on the #Enabled Antiracism Training programme if I have a low level of racial literacy?
No. To get the best from the #Enabled Antiracism programme it is important that you have an understanding of the concepts ‘race’, racialisation and ethnicity. However, there is still a way forwards. Antiracism Training provides a one-off, self-paced and interactive primer course on racial literacy which you can take before applying.
Can I take your Antiracism Training courses as an individual?
The train-the-trainer programme is designed for organisations to enroll participants in pairs so they can work as accountability partners. However, the racial literacy workshop can be taken as an individual.
I am not a trainer or educator in my organisation, but I have delivered workshops in a past job, will this programme benefit me?
Yes. The #Enabled Antiracism programme works by supporting participants with experience of working with learners to create a community of practice equoped to deliver culture change that is sustainable in thier workplace or organisation.
How much does it cost to do the #Enabled Antiracism course?
Enrollment on the train-the-trainer programme costs £1,500 per person. The Racial Literacy workshop costs £250 per person.
