Antiracism Training
We deliver a bespoke train-the-trainer programme for sustainable antiracist progress in the workplace and organisational spaces.
Our flagship #Enabled Antiracism programme was developed for institutions, organisations and social movements to deliver an active form of in-house training to challenge and eradicate systemic forms of racism. It is designed to make workplace culture and policies more inclusive, help decolonise educational curricula and assist those working in organisational and hierachical spaces embrace intersectional ways of working.

Delivery: Online Studies
For 3 months, over the space of 9 hours, participants engage on foundational, intermediate, and advanced online sessions with an in-person seminar for participants to present their draft antiracism workshop ideas.

Expertise: Certified Trainers
Our lead trainers include university lecturers and scholar-activists with expertise in history, education and anthropological theories of culture change, law and policy.

Practice: 40 Years of Excellence
The course curricula was developed using over 20 years experience of grassroots advocacy and activist practice in addressing structural racism.

Our Story
The #Enabled Antiracism programme was created by Dr Toyin Agbetu following his delivery of antiracism projects for various universities and the NHS as part of their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) offers. He is an anthropologist with research expertise in decolonial practice, Afriphobia and institutional activism. Agbetu’s human-centered approach to social justice has lead to progressive impact and social change in local authorities, public institutions, social movements and the classroom.
